| Abstract(in English) | We have developed a computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) system for lung cancer screening using helical CT images on 1996, and it has been executed for clinical test since July 1997. The clinical test has a comment function to evaluate and analysis the performance of the system. In this paper, we analyze the comments of false positive shadows in the system, then we present an improvement method to reduce false positive shadows. |
