Abstract(in English) | Starting with midline echo of brain in mid 1940's, ultrasound diagnostic equipment has been widely used for various organs. Real-time imaging using electronic scanning contributed the spread of it with the characteristics of safe and high cost performance. The development of digital scan converter resulted high image quality and ease of image storage. Color Doppler made it possible to diagnose with blood flow function. Then ultrasound came to one of the major diagnostic modalities. Today's interests are on 3D reconstruction and imaging of new information like non-linear parameter. Additionally DICOM network of ultrasonic equipments is rapidly increasing. |
