Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have developed RPV, a real-time parallel image processing environment. However it has a problem that pipeline-based parallel processing scheme, which makes the computation power(throughput) higher makes latency, or the time interval between capturing images and outputing results larger. In this report, we describe RPV-II supporting fine grained data transfer mechanism which solves the latency problem. Also we present volume reconstruction system using visual cone intersection method on RPV-II.
