| 抄録(和) | Image-Based Rendering(IBR)の枠組みで,視点位置と光源位置の両条件を同時に変化させたもとでの物体画像を生成する手法を提案する.これまで,照明環境を変化させた下で固定された視点における,いわゆる2色性反射モデルを仮定した画像生成が試みられてきた.拡散反射成分の生成に関しては光学理論に基づく生成手法が示される一方,鏡面反射に関してはヒューリスティックな技法による生成手法が提案されてきた.本手法では,3方向から平行光線を順次照射して撮影した移動カメラ画像系列を用いることにより,冒頭の提案が可能であることを示す.本手法の特徴は,鏡面反射成分の生成に関しても反射率地図の理論を応用した一般性のある提案を含むことにある.本手法に対し,実空間内に配置した物体を撮影した実画像群を入力として与え基礎実験を行った. |
| 抄録(英) | Usual Image-Based Rendering(IBR) has disadvantage in creating an image under an arbitrary illumination environment. Several peoples have discussed this illumination problem on the basis of picture sequences taken in many different illumination environments at a fixed point, based on the theory of the dichromatic model. They take heuristic approaches to deal with the specular reflection component, while some present a solution to the diffuse reflection component using the theory. In this paper, we present a procedure to create an image of dielectric objects from a virtual camera set in an arbitrary environment at an arbitrary position. The image is obtained from three image sequences taken in three kinds of illumination environments. The procedure includes a novel proposal of determining the points of specular refletion on the objects by calculating them using the theory of reflectance map. |
