Estimation of facial Gabor wavelet features

Abstract(in English) The authors are working with a prototype pose-invariant face recognition system which uses Gabor wavelet face features computed from multiple training views of each individual. If for some individual the full set of training views is not available, we wish to estimate the features in the missing views from those in the available views. Feature behavior as pose varies was modeled using principal component analysis, and the model was applied to the estimation of the missing features.
