Abstract(in English) The person who cares the bedridden old person becomes feels uneasy when the carer goes out. We propose the total system to reduce gravely in secure. This system is not the system of the ordinary home security that it is watched by the third party. Because a care person such as a family always cares, a person cared can be relieved for a mental. Concretely, when a re-care person becomes unusual condition, it is detected by image processing. If the care person goes out, It contact for a cellular phone, and he can know through the Internet. If the re-care person needs rescue, the care person opens the remote key of the door and can ask for rescue soon.
