Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We report an easy method of generating texture images for 3-D scene by extracting and correcting surface images of target objects from panorama images which are taken at the same position and at intervals of the same angle. To take panorama images, we use our developing panorama camera that has a rotating mirror in front of the camera lens and achieves taking fine images easily. We have developed software for generating internet museum. In this system, a user take panorama images of an actual exhibition room, the images are divided to an individual exhibition wall and corrected, exhibiting pictures are extracted from each image, the pictures are marked up with WWW page s and VRML data is generated.
