| 抄録(和) | 様々な角度より取得した複数枚の眼底画像から、眼底形状を復元・表示する手法を提案する。眼底画像は患者の眼の光学系により歪んでいるが、個人差のため校正できない。このため、画像からの3次元形状復元にステレオの原理を用いることはできない。ところで眼の光学系を単レンズでモデル化し、眼底の形状がほぼ球面とみなせることを利用すると、眼底の実像は2次曲面となる。眼底画像の歪み方は、この実像に対するカメラの位置・姿勢を反映している。歪み方の異なる眼底画像が同一の実像を撮影したものであることに基づき、各カメラの位置・姿勢および2次曲面の形状を推定し、眼底の形状を復元する。結果を3次元表示することで, 眼底形状の疾患の部位の特定などが容易になった。 |
| 抄録(英) | This paper proposes a method to reconstruct and display 3D fundus pattern from a set of images of different parts of fundus. Because they are distorted by eye lens, a simple stereo technique does not work for the reconstruction. The images are taken from different viewing angles. So, every fundus image's distortions are differ. In this method, we utilize the fact that a fundus has spherical shape, and that the image of sphere by the eye lens results in a quadric surface. First, we determine each camera viewing positions and the shape of the quadric surface, by matching every image on the quadric image surface. Then, we calibrate the eye lens parameters so that the quadric image surface should be originated from a spherical surface. As the final result, we obtain a wide area 3D fundus pattern reconstructed from the set of fundus images, and which will be helpful for medical diagnoses. |
