| 抄録(和) | 筆者らは, 肺がん集団検診の診断支援を目的としてX線CT像から病巣陰影を自動認識する研究を行っている. 胸部X線CT像からの肺野領域抽出は, 診断支援システムの重要な前提条件である. これに対して筆者らは, すでに肺野領域粗決定抽出法を提案している. これは, あらかじめ典型的な1症例を用いて肺野モデルを作成しておき, 入力画像に対してモデルのアフィン変換を行う. 本報告では, Activc Cylinder Modelを用いた肺野領域精密決定法を提案する. 精密決定では, 粗決定結果を初期輪郭とし, 内部エネルギーと画像エネルギーによって輪郭制御点を移動させる. この内部エネルギーには隣接する輪郭制御点の位置情報を, 画像エネルギーには入力画像から得られるエッジ等の画像情報を利用する. この手法を68症例に適用したところ, 良好な結果が得られた. |
| 抄録(英) | We study an automatic recognition of the lung cancer shadows from the chest X-ray CT images for the diagnosis support of the lung cancer group examination. The development of the lung region extraction method in the chest X-ray CT image is important as a key technology of the computer aided diagnosis system. So, we have already proposed a rough extraction method. In advance, a lung area model is made by using a typical sample. The method does the affine transformation which makes the model fit an input image. In this report, we propose the detail extraction method using the Active Cylinder Model. The rough extraction result is used for the starting control points. The control points are moved by the internal energy and the image energy. The internal energy is position information of the control points of neighborhood, and the image energy is image information such as edge which it can get from the input image. This method was examined by 68 samples of chest CT images, and was proved to be very effective and practical. |
