| 抄録(和) | 人間がロボットに行動や操作対象を教示したり, 人間とロボットが協調しながらタスクを遂行する場合, 人間の意図や注意をロボット側に伝える方法が必要となる. 人間の目や顔の動きは, 意図や注意と関係が深いため, この動きを検出することができれば, 人間とロボットの自然なコミュニケーションの手段への応用が期待できる. 本稿ではこのような目的で開発した, 人間の顔と目の動きを検出するシステムについて述べる. 本システムでは, 通常のカメラ(2台)と画像処理ボードを利用しており, (1)完全に非装着型である, (2)完全に受動型である, (3)リアルタイムで高い精度で顔の位置・姿勢を検出できる, という特徴がある. |
| 抄録(英) | When a human instructs operations to a robot, or performs a cooperative task with a robot, it is necessary to inform the robot of the human's intention and attension. Sicnce the motion of human's face and gaze is deeply related with human's intention and attension, detection of such motion can be utilized as a natural way of communication for human-robot interaction. In this paper, we propose a real-time face and gaze tracking system which utilizes a pair of video cameras and a PC equipped with a vision processing board. We realized (1) non-intrusive, (2) passive,(3) real-time and (4) accurate measurement system for human's motion. |
