| 抄録(和) | 3次元物体の見かけ画像に基づく学習・認識手法は有効な手法である。しかし3次元物体の各々の姿勢のさまざまな照明条件の下の見かけ画像を学習するには、膨大な学習サンプル数が必要となり、普通の環境では行ないにくい。本研究では、普通の環境で使えるモーションステレオ手法で得られた物体の3Dモデルを使って、物体の各々の姿勢の学習サンプル画像を生成する手法を考える。まず、生成した学習サンプル画像から高次自己相関特徴量を抽出し、判別分析法によって物体認識と姿勢判別ための特徴空間を構築する。次に、その空間で3次元物体の認識と物体姿勢の判別を行なう。幾つかの実際の画像に対して認識実験を行ない、本手法の有効性を検証した。 |
| 抄録(英) | View-based Approach for learning and recognition of 3D object and its pose detection was proved to be affective and efficient. However, to deal with the object in arbitrary pose under unknow illumination condition, numerious iviews of the 3D object in various pose under various Illumination condition are necessary for the learning stage but they may not always be available. In this research, we propose a virtual learning approach which generates learning sample of views of an object from its 3D model obtained by motion-stereo method. Then the features of high-order autocorrelation are computed from the generated views and discriminat feature spaces for object recognition and pose detection are built by discriminant analysis. Recognition experiments on real objects are carried out to show the effectivity of the proposed method. |
