| 抄録(和) | 本報告では, インターモーダル協調, つまり言語情報であるクローズドキャプションと画像情報とを利用した映像メディアからのイベント抽出法を提案する.ここではケーススタディとして, アメリカンフットボールの試合の映像を対象に, 試合の状態変化に関する情報を利用する.そして言語からは試合の階層構造の一部を抽出するとともに, 得点イベントと関わりの深い複数のキーワードを利用して得点のイベントに関して画像とクローズドキャプションとが対応しているかを同定する.同定された複数キーワードから画像と対応している範囲を求め, その範囲の画像列をショット分割し, 例画像と比較することでショットに対しインデクスを付ける.本研究ではアメリカンフットボール試合の映像に対してイベント抽出実験を行ない再現率・適合率に関して良好な結果を得た. |
| 抄録(英) | In this report, we propose a method for event extraction by linking between visual and linguistic(closed caption)streams. Using domain knowledge about state transitions of football games, we can recognize structure of game units by classified key words and identify some key words related to the event. According to the identified key words, we then decide a time window which is the range for searching images. The shots within the time window are indexed as an event by comparing them with example images which may have much relevance to the event. The experimental results indicate that the method is effective for event extraction. |
