| 抄録(和) | ITSと総称される道路交通システムにおいては各種のセンサーで情報が収集されている。なかでも道路・交通管理、さらにはドライバーの運転支援のために道路側に設置されたTVカメラの画像から通過する車両に関する情報を抽出するシステムが古くから研究され、車両の検出、事故の検出、車番の認識などは試行から実用の段階になっている。本稿ではこれらの技術についての現状について述べ、更なる高度化のためのパターン認識・メディア理解について述べる。 |
| 抄録(英) | Intelligent Transport System has been widely developed. Sensors are applied in it to measure the many information. It has been studied to measure the behavior of the vehicle using video image for human observation for road or traffic controle and driver's assitance. Vehicle detection, detection of traffic accident and recognition of license plate number are already implemented. In this paper, item to measure and basic algorithms to measure traffic parameters and to recognize exsistence of the vehicle are described. |
