| Abstract(in English) | Intelligent Transport System has been widely developed. Sensors are applied in it to measure the many information. It has been studied to measure the behavior of the vehicle using video image for human observation for road or traffic controle and driver's assitance. Vehicle detection, detection of traffic accident and recognition of license plate number are already implemented. In this paper, item to measure and basic algorithms to measure traffic parameters and to recognize exsistence of the vehicle are described. |
