Lane detection method to improve robustness in various environments

Abstract(in English) Machine vision by TV camera is an important element technology of driving environment recognitionl. One of the expected functions is lane recognition. A problem of lane recognition is to improve robustness in various environments. The traditional lane detection method sometimes meets with error when search area is restricted to reduce calculation cost. In this paper, complete search based on lane model is tried. The method is applied on real image of highway and is confirmed the possibility.
