| Abstract(in English) | In this paper, we propose a new face recognition technique using perturbation method. Perturbation method is known to be powerful for reducing of variations in character recognition. In appearance based face recognition system, recognition system fails when we loose corresponding points between input image and reference patterns caused by object displacement and rotation. The proposed method is applied to face recognition. Experimental results show effectiveness of the method. |
