Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we describe a method of video segmentation using fractal coding. Interframe correlation considered, 3D-IFS which is proposed by Laser is calculated. Dynamical system fixed by the IFS are iteratively applied to points on the attractor as initial points. By deviding trapping regions of the transformmed points, a basin of the initial points of the transformmed points is obtained. We show that quality and characteristic of the proposed method.
