A Study on Data Hiding of the BPCS-Steganography

Abstract(in English) Complexity histograms of the image with secret data embedded by the BPCS-Steganography could be different from that of the original image. In the point of secure communications, this is a problem because an intruder may notice the fact that secret data is embedded by only analyzing the complexity histogram. We first point out that an analysis of complexity histograms would distinguish automatically the image with secret data embedded from the original image. We then propose a data-hiding method concernign the above problem. Finally we present experimental results demonstrating the effectiveness of the improved method.
