| 抄録(和) | フラクタル次元を用いたシームパッカリングの自動評価法について検討した。ここで、シームパッカリングとは、背広などの縫製品の縫い目線周辺に生じた縫いつれ又は縫いジワのことであり、JISにより、5段階の標準写真が評価基準として定められている。検査員は、この標準写真と試験用サンプルを比較し、最も似ている写真の特級をサンプルの特級として判定している。本論文では、これをパターン認識の問題として捉え、フラクタル次元を用いた自動評価法を提案する。標準写真から求めたフラクタル次元を標準パターンの特徴とし、未知サンプルの特徴と比較して評価を行う。また、ウェーブレット変換による手法と比較し、今回提案する手法がシームバッカリングの外観検査法として有効であることを示す。 |
| 抄録(英) | Seam puckers are a serious defects in textile products, and consumers often complain about the seam puckers. At present, the assessment of seam puckers is done by the inspection of hyman beings. Therefore, to avoid the human errors, the automatic assessment is desired. We process this problem as a pattern recognition. The JIS provides five standard photographs, which show the categories of the quality. We extract features from the standard photographs using fractal dimensions, and use them as template patterns. To distinguish seam puckers from textile patterns like cross stripes, the concept of variance is used. Experimental results show the possibility of automatic evaluation. |
