A Neuro-System Technology for Money Recognition using GA and DSP

Abstract(in English) We propose three core technologies for money recognition using the neural network (NN). In the first technology, it enables us to realize a small size neuro-recognition method for money using masks. In the second technology, we adopt the genetic algorithm (GA) to the mask determination. In the third technology, we develop a high speed neuro-recognition board using DSP to realize the commercial products. We unify these three technologies for money recognition and describe this neuro-system technology. In this paper, we show its development and effectiveness in the experimental system constructed by the real banking machine.
