| 抄録(和) | 略地図や案内文は, 地図情報を理解するための分かりやすい地図表現として広く用いられている. このひとつの理由として, それらが人間の認知を反映した地図情報であることが挙げられる. 本稿では, 人間によって認知される道路の構造として, 通りに着目し, 通りに基づいて道路構造をモデル化する. また, このモデルに基づいて, ベクトル地図から道路構造を抽出し, 2地点間の経路を表現する略地図と案内文を生成する手法を提案する. 最後に, 実験を通して本手法の有効性を明らかにし, 略地図と案内文が良好に生成できることを検証する. |
| 抄録(英) | Sketch maps and linguistic guides are often used for the purpose of the map understanding. The reason is that these can reflect our subjective recognition of map information. In this report, we attempt to model the road structure based on the streets. Based on this model, we present a method of extraction of the road structure as well as a method of generation of sketch map images and linguistic guides which represent a route. We experimentally clarify the effectiveness of our method and verify that the generated sketch map images and linguistic guides are suitable for the map understanding. |
