Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | We propose a method for 2-D image synthesis which allows viewing from any direction without distortion. From the direction of the vanishing point of the image, a 3-D model of the original image is automatically constructed. Using this 3-D model, the original 2-D image is reconstructed corresponding to the view from a different angle. This method simplifies the synthesis of 2-D images and 3-D computer graphics to a great extent. |
