| 抄録(和) | 似顔絵システムPICASSOの開発は、人がいかにして顔特徴抽出を行っているのかを解明し、似顔絵という形で紙の上に表現させようという試みである。本報告では、個人性特徴が表れやすく顔認識の自動化も比較的容易であると考えられる横顔に的を絞り、システムの完全自動化のための諸課題について整理・検討する。特に、横顔似顔絵生成では、顔部品の輪郭認識が最も重要であるため、輪郭点の対応点関係の決定の自動化が似顔絵生成上の最も大きい課題となる。本稿では、対応点関係決定のための簡易な輪郭抽出法、輪郭の階層的再標本化法、部分領域のアフィン変換の組み合わせによる輪郭と顔の内部部品の合成法について述べる。また、今後の課題についても整理する。 |
| 抄録(英) | In PICASSO system, it is also intended to extract facial individuality from the side view facial images and to generate its facial caricature. The reasons why we do that are that the side view face has the massive informations of the individuality features and that it would be easier to recognize its facial parts automatically. In the paper, we investigated on the application of the resampling algorithms to the method of the facial contour extraction. Furthermore, we proposed a method for deforming the facial parts being surrounded by the contour by means of Affine transform. It was clarified that this system can be realized automatically excepting the pointing of two facial feature points. It would be expected to release this problem in the near future. |
