Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Research field for PRMU researchers is expanding rapidly. Recent criticisms to mathematical model researches for compter vision was summarized as follows: (1) Can we find new directions for mathematical model? Is it exciting? (2) Does it work in real world? Is it useful for real applications? In the panel discussion we will review the above criticisms and discuss what comes next for mathematical model researches.
