Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) On the classification system for cleanness-neatness defects of raw silk, the method of improving correctly classified rate was proposed. The method has two elements, one is called Search algorithm of neighborhood rules and the other is to use weighted fuzzy If-Then rules in case of unclassified or non-correctly-classified patterns. Performance of the method showed that the search algorithm improved the rate at 4%, and that the testing results of the examiners were almost equal to those of the system using the weighted rules.
