Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Automatic acquisition of a three dimensional model is one of major goals of computer vision research. In this paper, we propose CGS modeling method with a signed active contour model from multi view images. The CGS representation which is one of the method of object representation have features that shape of holes and protuberance are correctly described. We have successfully experimented with multi view images of industrial objects with holes, and have demonstrated the effectiveness of the approach toward visualization of topological structure.
