Abstract(in English) | It seem that produce necessity of character recognition from a camera image as digital camera etc. However low of data resolution comes into question on recognizing character. Authors propose the moving subtraction method as a character recognition method on data of low resolution and show the effective on a experimentation on database. The method is to get plural images as swinging camera top, bottom, right and left then to get features which suit features to extract from twice resolution image. Lastly, authors show that the method can use really on character recognition from the camera image as finding precision of calculating the center of gravity. |
