Region Segmentation for Table-Form Documents and Making its HTML File

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a method of the region segmentation for TV program on newspaper and making its HTML file. Although this algorithm uses only the projection profile without character recognition, it made good result for region segmentation. And we can transform the image form to the HTML file using this algorithm. Also we confirm the effectiveness of region segmentation method for various kinds of table-form documents by the computer experiments
