Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper introduces a novel method for presentation video generation and summarization, which uses language information taken from the speech and the speaker's motion. This method mainly deals with detecting "focus segments" which should be paid attention, and summarizes a video by those relevant segments. For this purpose, it utilizes deictic expressions, typical verbs, along with motion information, by giving scores to them based on the statistics over presentation videos of more than two hours. We applied this method to real presentation videos, and evaluated its effectiveness.
