Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) MC-CDMA has attracted significant attention as one of the down link communication methods for fourth generation mobile communication systems. However, MC-CDMA has a peak power problem as well as the other non-spread multi-carrier systems.therefore, in this paper, we propose novel peak power reduction technique for MC-CDMA by using code selection at the transmitter. In the proposed system, the transmitter selects the code from plural pre-assigned codes of each user to minimize the output peak power of down link signals. The proposed technique also can achieve the blind code detection in the receiver by using correlation of pre-assigned codes without a side information channel for informing the transmitting code to the receiver in each symbol.
