Abstract(in English) | To make private mobile radio systems more efficient, we propose a system that combines spot layered cell in which macro cells are locally arranged based on a large zone with a system that selects a cell layer by call type and the ARP method that considers broadcast calls. Simulations verifield system effectiveness and basic operating characteristics. |
