Abstract(in English) | In Mobile communication systems with limited frequency resource, various data rate transmission is one of the methods to realize high efficient multi-media communication. In this paper, we propose a new channel allocation method to assign fairly for all of users as a premise of various data rare transmission. We also discuss a method to operate it in mobile communication network. |
