Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have developed Hybrid MMAC prototype, which has PHS bi-directional link and 5GHz broadband downlink. This hybrid system can provide a seamless(both indoor and outdoor)mobile access, a highspeed download service in a spot area, and so on. It is an important problem that we establish, release, and handover the HiSWANa downlink connection via different wireless system(PHS)uplink. In this paper, we present the structure and function of the developed radio link control part, the mobility support and the routing of the control message.
