Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is certainly required to develop an flexible dynamic power assignment methods in CDMA cellular system's downlink for an congested and integrated traffic including voice and data via a mobile communication condition suffering from the interference from other users sharing a common frequency and the path propagation of a radio link. In this paper, We develop an power assignment algorithm considering difference of QoS and the mobility of a mobile call by employing the priority methods to improve the performance of termination probability for a voice call process while not increasing the outage probability for a data call process.
