Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper we presents computer simulation results on a W-CDMA parallel multistage interference canceller which generates replica with soft decision value. We propose a method which generates replica with soft decision value. The replica is generated with the soft decision value of code bits which are obtained from MAP(Maximum A priori Probability) decoder. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme has a better performance with less number of stages compared to conventional hard decision schemes.
