System Performance Evaluations Using Field Measurement Data for Spatial and Temporal Equalizer

Abstract(in English) Combined effects of Co-channel Interference(CCI) and Inter-Symbol Interference(ISI) are chief handles to overcome for Broadband multimedia mobile communications. Recently, joint spatial and temporal equalization (S/T-equalization) techniques have been recognized as technological basis that can solve these problems. To demonstrate effectiveness of S/T-equalizer, performances have to be evaluated in realistic mobile propagation environments. This paper presents results of link-level simulations conducted to evaluate distributions of Signal to Interference plus Noise power ratio (SINR), achieves by various S/T-Equalizer configurations, in a field measurement data considered with an actual cell configuration.
