Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We discuss the weight convergency of adaptive arrays with SMI algorithm. Theoretical expression of output SINR is derived considering the calculation process of the correlation matrix and the correlation vector. The numerical results show that SMI adaptive array with the correlation matrix and the correlation vector calculated by the same symbols has fast weight convergency in case of smaller number arrival signals than the number of antennas. On the contrary, there is no difference on the weight convergency in case of larger number of signals, even if the correlation matrix and the correlation vector are calculated by different symbols.
