Abstract(in English) | AO / DI(Always On / Dynamic ISDN)swiches adaptively circuit switching and packet exchange according to the amount of traffic. In this paper, we propose a wireless AO / DI system based on PHS. The performance of the proposed wireless AO / DI system is evaluated by computer simulation. In the simulation, traffic models for WWW and E-mail are used. The results show that the system is effective to increase the capacity of subscribers. In addition, a terminal adaptor prototype for wireless AO / DI was manufactured and the evaluated performance is shown. |
