| Abstract(in English) | The exponential growth of internet use may change the legacy access networks. This paper proposes the new access network (AN) system based on ITU-T/ESTI V5 interface specifications with adopted SDH interface for open V-interface. Proposed AN system consists of two subsystems called "Line Distribution Unit : LDU" and "Subscriber Service Unit : SSU" This architecture enables economical adoption for various kind of user ports and it also enables wide rage of provision for line concentration ratio. This paper also introduces an implementation of this studied architecture for existing NEAX61J switching system users using developed V5 processing Module (VPM). |
