Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paprt investigates the performance of pilot symbol-assisted coherent adaptive antenna array diversity (PSA-CAAAD) for W-CDMA in Iaboratory and field experiments. The experimental results showed that the null can be generated toward the direction of the interfering user for the 4-antenna and 2-user case. It is also experimental demonstrated that the PSA-CAAAD is very effective in suppressing the interference from the high bit rate users who transmit high power compared to the antenna diversity.
