| Abstract(in English) | Research and development of mobile communication are now passing through the second generation stage to the third generation stage for realization of FPLMTS.In this paper,we first give the outlines of the second generation system such as IS-54,- IS-95,GSM,PDC,CT-2, DECT,and PHS.Next,we deal with PCS system which is under standardization in north America by JTC.Lastly,after the explanation of CODIT and ATDMA project towards realization of European UMTS,we view themes in research and development for FPLMTS. |
