Abstract(in English) We developed a novel calculation method for an output power and power-added efficiency, that assumes the FET's statistics characteristics (Vds-I ds characteristics) and its load impedance for the fundamental and harmonics frequencies. A power amplifier module was assembled and measured to verify this method. Its output matching circuit could not change the load impedance of the fundamental frequency, but could change that of the harmonics. Showing the same tendency between the calculated and measured results for the output power and the power-added efficiency validated this method.
