Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We presented optimum reuse cluster size and frequency assignment algorithms for P-MP system by RCS98-141. In Sep.1998 Japan PTT announced that maximum frequency band allocation per one carrier shall be maximum 360 MHz for P-MP system. This limitation is very severe compare to our previous study. I improved and enlarged the study in this paper. It is founded that spectral efficiency does not depend on reuse cluster size under same n frequencies and s sectors in a cell, and that n reuse cluster size may yield lest interference among them. New algorithm is also obtained to find optimum frequency assignment for the above cell structure. Some selected cluster and its frequency assignment can carry typical traffic which were estimated by PTT's study report.
