Abstract(in English) | CATV(Community Antenna TeleVision)networks are considered as transmission channels which permit wide bandwidth and high quality data communications. The ingress noises due to the tree and branch structure of CATV networks, however, degrade the transmission performance.In this work, we proposed a "Wireless CATV system"and analyzed the up-link performance of this system.In the proposed system, wireless infrared transmission is used for last link of network.As a result of numerical analysis, we found that the proposed system is suitable for up-link of CATV networks. |
