Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes Path Division Multiple Access(PDMA)for increasing spectral efficiency of mobile communication systems. PDMA extracts specular multipaths for desired signal and cancels and suppresses effects from interference multipaths. This concept is an extension in the spectral space from the two dimensional cell to the linear path.Required signal processing spreads over the regions of processing in time, frerquency, and physical space. Techniques for realizing PDMA such as interference canceller, adaptive array, and RAKE are reviewed, which clarifies their remaining subjects. |
