A distributed dynamic channel assignment scheme using information of received signal level

Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a new dynamic channel assignment scheme with distributed control,in which the channels are selected using the information of received signal level at each base station.The proposed scheme can successfully realize the Reuse Partitioning which uses multiple reuse factor.Results of computer simulation show that the proposed scheme can effectively reduce the time for channel search in the assignment process and can achieve high system capacity.
