Abstract(in English) | Lately further miniaturization and low power consumption and higher data rate performance are required for the radio data receivers.We introduce novel technologies for direct conversion receivers in response to such needs.The principle and the verification with the results of operation analysis of the novel FSK demodulator we call it the Quadrature Multiplied Digital Phase- shifting Demodulator are shown.The demodulator is suitable for digital circuit inplementation based on new architecture and easy to be IC configuration.And a quadrature mixer IC exclusively designed for a direct conversion receiver is shown also.The FSK direct coversion receiver with a bit rate of 1,200bps was developed utilizing the above ICs has achieved excellent performance as expected. |
