Abstract(in English) We propose a new traveling-wave power divider of high efficiency and wideband characteristics for use in microwave high output solid state power amplifier.The divider provides a successive structure on rectangular waveguide,and is adequate for high power use.It is also advantageous that the divider is compact in size and easy to iencrease or decrease the dividing ports.The design formulas for no reflection and equal power dividing is given,and structual parameters for wideband characteristic are revealed by means of the analysis based on all equivalent circuit.Experiments showed the wideband and low loss characteristics in accordance with the theory:the bandwidth in which the deviation of dividing power is within 0.5dB was 1.8GHz,and the bandwidth in which return loss is less than -2OdB was more than 2.9GHz.
