Abstract(in English) | The spectral-domain technique is employed for computing the dispersion characteristics and the electric field distributions of microstrip lines using a Yttrium Iron Garnet (YIG) film substrate. Numerical results are presented to show the dispersion curve of the mixture form of the magnetostatic surface wave,the TEM,the slow wave and the mode with negative group velocity caused by the shielded case.Experiments are carried out using a YIG film of 100μ m thick and 100μm - thick Gadolinium Gallium Garnet (GGG) substrat e.A narrow stopband characteristic with strong nonreciprocity is observed at 8GHz,which can be explained by theory. |
