Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a new RAKE receiver for mobile radio communications, which cancels co-channel interference by the decorrelator and makes signal decisions by Fixed AR Model Predictive Coherent Detection. In addition,it proposes a selection scheme which determines whether the decorrelator should be used or not,by detecting the co-channel interference energies.A computer simulation shows that(i)on static condition, while the decorrelator′ s BER performance is inferior to that of non-decorrelator in high CIR,the selection scheme operates very well, and(ii)on Rayleigh fading condition, the RAKE receiver with two branch diversity reception operates well in 10kb, s BPSK transmission, even when average CIR is equal to OdB.
